Development
Development takes many forms - from basic electronic circuitry, to lantern housing and light diffuser, to product design for local manufacture. Most important of all along the development route is community engagement. What form of light do the inhabitants want? What other facilities do they want? Cell phone charging is very high on the list of priorities.
